      Please read and accept the terms and conditions below. These terms and conditions apply to all STEM Kit bundle registrants - i.e. high school, high school teacher, home school network, home school network member, homework club, independent learning organization, flexible learning centre.
    • The registrant accepts full responsibility for any loss and/or damage of the equipment within the chosen STEM Kit bundle whilst in its possession as well as accepts full responsibility for any personal injury incurred by any individual whilst using said STEM Kit bundle.*
    • The registrant agrees to use the equipment and ensures the equipment is used: 1) With due care and diligence; 2) In accordance with the manufacturer's instructions; 3) In accordance with any instructions provided by Flinders University.*
    • The registrant agrees at all times to indemnify Flinders University against any loss, liability, damage, claim, and costs that Flinders may sustain or incur as a result, directly or indirectly, of: 1) Any breach of this agreement by the registrant; or 2) Any loss of or damage to any property or injury to or death of any person caused by any wilful, unlawful, or negligent act or omission of the registrant or any of its officers, employees, contractors, or agents.*
    • The registrant agrees to make sure that ONLY students aged 10 and above use the chosen STEM Kit bundle and its contents and always under direct supervision.*
    • The registrant agrees to make sure that the chosen STEM Kit bundle is returned in its original condition- i.e. all boxes and pieces are accounted for and undamaged.*
    • If: A) The equipment is lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged while in possession of the registrant; or B) The registrant fails to deliver the equipment to the next booked-in organisation/individual after the end of the registrant's booked-in term; then the registrant agrees to either: 1) Pay the reasonable costs incurred by Flinders in arranging repair of the equipment; or 2) Reimburse to Flinders the full replacement value of the equipment, immediately upon request.*
    • The registrant agrees to organise and bear all costs and fees related to the delivery of the STEM Kit bundle on to the next booked-in organisation/individual following the steps indicated in this form and in the booking confirmation email.*
